All our garments and fabrics are pre-washed to avoid shrinking. Wash with cold water with similar colors. It's ok to tumble dry. Iron for a sleek look and maximum fabric expression. Dry clean for optimal durability. If stained, clean as soon as possible with water and soap, rubbing the area with the tip of a humid towel. For harder stains, spray Shout and leave it for 24h. After that place the garment in a bowl with water at 212°F or 100°C (boiling water) for about 1h. Rinse and dry.

The chart below shows recommended sizes based on your body measurements. Use our measuring tips to find your size. Chest is usually the best size indicator, but if your hip measurement is larger, consider buying the size indicated for your hips.
1. Pass the tape measure across your back, under your arms and over your breastbone at its widest point. Ensure the tape measure remains horizontal and that it sits snugly against your body but is not pulled too tight.2. Waist - Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.3. Hips - Pass the tape measure across your hipbone, around the fullest point of your hips.
The below chart shows measurements of the product. It may be helpful to compare these to a similar garment you already own.
